All of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for you. Because of the unique nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review all personalization details — including names, initials, colors, and designs — carefully before confirming your order. If you notice an error or need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or with an error on our part, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.
