1. Custom & Personalized Products
All our products are custom-made and designed specifically for each customer. Due to their personalized nature, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and production has started, no changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
2. Order Processing & Turnaround
Processing times vary depending on the product and order volume. Estimated production and delivery times are listed on each product page. While we do our best to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to supply issues, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing it to confirm availability.
3. Accuracy of Information
Please double-check all spelling, colors, and design choices before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship using trusted carriers. Once an order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos so we can assess the situation.
5. Event Embroidery Services (if applicable)
For on-site embroidery events or activations, bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Remaining balances are due by the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, illness, etc.), in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
6. Intellectual Property
All product designs, photographs, and branding are the intellectual property of Left-Handed Embroidery. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content or designs without prior written consent.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes are applied at checkout according to your location. Payment must be received in full before production begins.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
